Ryan Allen was born November 2, 1990 in Des Moines, Iowa and adopted around the age of five years old to Wayne and Lorene (Foster) Stout. He lived on the southside of Des Moines for most of his life. For several years, as a young boy, he played for Fort Des Moines Little League baseball as a pitcher. He had a love for music, football, and was very social.  He had an infectious smile that would light any room he entered.  He always had a joke to tell, whether it be funny or lame. He was a true friend who was loved by many and will be missed by all. He loved spending time with his friends and family especially his daughter, Mehla. He was a loving dad, son, brother, uncle, nephew, and cousin.

He will be missed by his beautiful daughter, Mehla, and his other precious little girl, Chloe; parents, Wayne & Patty Stout and Lori (Mel) Long, and David Airhart; sister, Melanie (Nathan) Nuehring; brother, Avery Stout; his grandmother, Linda Ragan; nephews, Havoc and Rage Nuehring and Nicholas Davis; along with many extended family members and friends.
