Jane Ann Middleton of rural Guthrie Center passed away Wednesday August 17, 2016 at home of congestive heart failure and renal failure. She was surrounded by her husband and children.
As per her wishes she will be cremated.  Graveside services will be held Saturday August 27 at 10:30 AM at Moffit Grove Cemetery  by  Springbrook State Park with a luncheon to follow at the Yale Community Center.
Jane was born July 23, 1939 in Guthrie County, Iowa to George and Viola Richards.  She was united in marriage on February 2, 1957 to her high school sweetheart Roy Middleton. To this union 4 children were born; Mike (Sabrina) Middleton of Grapevine Texas, Greg (Linda) Middleton of Silvis, Illinois, DeAnna (Rick) Fidler of Waukee, Iowa, and Terry Middleton of  Davenport,  Iowa. Jane’s passion was her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She also enjoyed reading, traveling all over the United States, camping and living in the “timber” with Roy, her hummingbirds, deer and dog Abby.
She is survived by her husband, Roy, children, brothers, Vern(Barb)Richards of  Fairfield, California, Robert (Marge)Richards of  Jacksonville,  Texas, sisters, Joyce (Raymond) Middleton of  Bagley,  Iowa, Dianne Richards of Jacksonville, Texas, and  Donna (Gary) Kyle of  Polk City, Iowa  She is also survived by  13 Grand kids and  18 Great grand kids, all of whom she adored and bragged about continually. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Ronnie, Mother in Law, Father in Law and sister in law.
Her passing has  created a void that can never be filled.
