Charles Harmon Kline, 85 years old, went to heaven on November 19, 2016 with his family present. He was born on November 12, 1931 in Des Moines, Iowa to Harmon and Mary (West) Kline.
Charles worked as a farmer, a cream separator man for Prize of Iowa Dairy, a semi driver for Caldwell and Hartung, delivered groceries for Acri Wholesale Grocery, delivered newspapers for the Des Moines Register, and hauled steel to 801 Grand Avenue for his last load before his retirement. He was a retired Teamster Local 147 member.
Charles is survived by his children: Tom (Darlene) Kline, Mary (Charles) Culp, and son-in-law Roger Countryman; sister, Mary Lorene (Ben) Fisher; eleven grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Charles was preceded in death by his daughter, Joyce Countryman; son, Harm Kline; parents, Harmon and Mary (West) Kline; and infant brother, Tommy Kline.
